By downloading or using Drip or Skip AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

What the App Does

Drip or Skip AI lets you upload a photo of an outfit and receive an AI-generated, comedic "roast" — including a Fit Crime Score, a verdict, and styling suggestions. The roast is generated for entertainment purposes and is not professional styling, fashion, or personal advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone without their consent.
• Upload photos containing nudity, explicit content, or minors.
• Use the App to harass, bully, or harm any person.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the App's services.

Subscriptions

Drip or Skip AI offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions for unlimited roasts, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

Content

Photos you upload are processed to generate your roast and are not stored on our servers beyond what's needed to generate that result. Roast results saved to your device (history, saved cards) remain under your control and can be deleted at any time within the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Roast content is AI-generated, comedic, and not intended to be taken as a literal judgment of you or anyone else. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
